1. Must be a fan of Joan & John Cusack.
2. When filling out the form you are required to fill out your name, country, valid e-mail and password.
3. If you do not enter a password then a password will be generated for you so that you may come back to edit your information.
4. If you fill out your form without a valid email I will delete your application.
5. Please keep your name/nickname appropriate. No naughty names or celebrity names. No Last/Family names, although you may use your last initial (Jane D). No All Caps or Sticky Caps (MaNdAlAy). Please no funky characters or numbers (<^$#*&). If you apply with any of these it will be edited.
6. If you don't want to use your real first name than please use a made up name.
7. A website is not required. If you have a website I would appreciate it if you link back to http://fanlisting.celeb-aholic.com/anne3/ (if you own a collective I will check the joined pending list as well as the regualar list). I do require that your website is up and running. I frequently check the members websites. So, make sure you keep it up and running or change your information.
8. Do not register porn/racist/hate website. If you apply with this type of website I will add you as a fan but I will not include your website.
9. If you wish to use a link button/image to link back to the fanlisting, you must upload the button to your own space and access it from there. No direct linking; you won't get anything anyway, as I have hotlink protection up.
